Bajaj Finance Likely to Post 23% Profit Growth on Strong Loan Book Expansion

The company’s assets under management are estimated to have grown nearly 24% YoY and 4–5% QoQ to about ₹4.6 lakh crore, led by strong traction in consumer, SME, and commercial lending. Analysts forecast NII growth of 23–24% YoY, aided by healthy volumes and improved spreads at 8.5%. Margins are likely to remain steady near 9.5–9.6%, while credit costs are expected to stay around 2% of AUM.
