TCS Names Aarthi Subramanian as First Woman COO

has appointed Aarthi Subramanian as Executive Director-President and Chief Operating Officer, effective May 1, 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the Tata Group, she becomes the first woman to hold the COO role at TCS. Her five-year term will run through April 30, 2030.
