कंपनी के South Africa-based Omnia Holdings acquisition के बाद management ने combined entity के लिए एक बड़ा earnings target रखा है: EBITDA: ₹7,000+ करोड़ FY26 में Solar Industries का consolidated EBITDA लगभग ₹2,750 करोड़ था। यानी management का FY28 target EBITDA को 2.5x से अधिक बढ़ाने का संकेत देता है। ---->सबसे बड़ा Trigger: Omnia Acquisition Solar Industries की subsidiaries लगभग ₹12,951 करोड़ में South Africa की Omnia Holdings का 100% acquisition करेंगी। Omnia का business Solar के commercial explosives और mining solutions business के साथ काफी strategic overlap रखता है। Deal के बाद combined business की: • Global presence बढ़ेगी • Mining exposure मजबूत होगा • Manufacturing footprint बढ़ेगा • Cross-selling opportunities मिल सकती हैं • Synergies का फायदा मिल सकता है --->EBITDA ₹7,000+ करोड़ कैसे? Management के अनुसार combined entity का EBITDA ₹7,000 करोड़ से ऊपर जा सकता है। इसके पीछे सिर्फ revenue growth नहीं, बल्कि: Scale + Global Expansion + Synergies मुख्य drivers हो सकते हैं। Solar की global presence लगभग 90 से बढ़कर 110 देशों तक पहुंचने और manufacturing locations लगभग 11 से 25 देशों तक बढ़ने की बात कही गई है। --->मतलब?
