Adani arm Kutch Copper joins Praneetha Ventures in a joint venture for metal and cable.
On Wednesday, March 19, Adani Enterprises Ltd. announced that Kutch Copper Limited (KCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary, had successfully incorporated Praneetha Ecocables Limited (PEL), a joint venture firm, in collaboration with Praneetha Ventures Private Limited.
The newly established company, which will concentrate on the production, promotion, and distribution of metal goods, cables, and wires, will be 50% owned by Kutch Copper Limited. With an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹10 lakh, the joint venture was formally incorporated on March 19, 2025, and was split up into 1,00,000 equity shares, each worth ₹10.
PEL's establishment is in line with Kutch Copper's growth plan to increase its market share in the metal and cable manufacturing industry. The Ahmedabad Registrar of Companies has Praneetha Ecocables Limited on file.
