Brigade Enterprises Strengthens Hyderabad Presence with ₹850 Crore Residential Project

Brigade Enterprises Ltd ($BRIGADE) has further expanded its footprint in Hyderabad by signing a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in Kompally, a rapidly developing corridor in North Hyderabad. The project will be developed across 5.6 acres and is expected to generate revenue of approximately ₹850 crore. Designed to cater to the growing demand for modern and sustainable housing, the development will feature contemporary architecture and lifestyle-focused amenities. This addition builds on Brigade’s growing presence in the city through projects such as Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills, Brigade Citadel, Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar, along with Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, a large mixed-use development spanning 4 million square feet. The latest agreement also follows the company's previously announced 4-acre residential project in Neopolis, which is currently in the advanced design phase. Looking ahead, Brigade plans to invest around ₹5,000 crore across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail segments in Hyderabad over the next 3 to 4 years, reflecting its confidence in the city's strong economic growth, expanding technology ecosystem and infrastructure development. The project further reinforces Hyderabad’s position as a key real estate growth market and highlights Brigade’s long-term expansion strategy in the region.
