Cooling the Future Tata Power and Keppel Power Smart Energy Shift in Chennai

, has partnered with Keppel Limited and Tata Realty & Infrastructure to implement a large-scale Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) project at Intellion Park in Chennai, located across more than 25 acres in the Taramani IT corridor. The project will deliver a cooling capacity of 12,100 tonnes of refrigeration (TR) under a 15 year contract and is expected to go live by October 2026, with an estimated energy consumption reduction of over 20% through efficient system design and lifecycle optimization, while also integrating an AI and ML driven Operations Nerve Centre for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and performance efficiency, thereby improving reliability and sustainability across the campus, which already runs on green energy.
