JV has secured a major ₹1,503.6 crore Gurugram Metro project, covering 27 stations and a viaduct stretch of 26.65 km, to be executed over 30 months. While Q1 FY26 revenue declined 16.4% YoY to ₹2,620 crore due to muted EPC activity, the company delivered a strong 93.6% jump in net profit to ₹271 crore, supported by margin improvement and a ₹169.3 crore exceptional gain.
EBITDA grew to ₹520 crore with margins rising to 19.8% from 15.2%. As of June-end, the ₹13,695 crore order book remains diversified, led by mining (28.9%) and roads (17.8%). The order win strengthens visibility despite ongoing EPC headwinds and signals strategic traction in metro and infra development.
