DLF Divests Kolkata Assets to Srijan Group for ₹670 Crore

Realty firm

DLF
Ltd has signed definitive agreements to divest its IT/ITeS Special Economic Zone (SEZ) undertaking in Kolkata, known as DLF TechPark II, along with adjacent land and a separate vacant parcel to Srijan Group entities. The SEZ asset, spanning 8.15 acres with 1,054,357 square feet of gross leasable area, fetches ₹409.86 crore via a slump sale to Makalu Builders LLP and Srijan Realty Private Ltd. Separately, 17.75 acres of vacant land goes to Gangapurna Projects LLP for ₹260 crore, totaling approximately ₹670 crore before adjustments. These non-related party transactions await regulatory approvals and are slated for completion within four months from February 3, 2026. The SEZ generated ₹66.88 crore in FY25 revenue and 1.49% of DLF's total, primarily from rentals (₹41.74 crore) and maintenance (₹25.14 crore), signaling a strategic exit from a minor, low-margin segment.
