Mahindra & Mahindra Delivers Strong Growth Across Auto and Farm Segments in July 2026

Mahindra & Mahindra reported a strong operating performance in July 2026, with total vehicle sales, including exports, increasing 26% year-on-year to 1,03,860 units, reflecting healthy demand across multiple business segments. Domestic utility vehicle sales grew 20% to 60,048 units from 49,871 units in July 2025, while total SUV sales, including exports, reached 60,887 units. Domestic commercial vehicle sales rose 23% to 25,204 units, supported by a 40% increase in light commercial vehicle sales below 2 tonnes to 3,870 units and a 21% rise in the 2–3.5 tonne category to 21,334 units. Three-wheeler sales, including electric models, surged 53% to 14,538 units, while exports climbed 47% to 4,070 units from 2,774 units a year earlier. The Farm Equipment Business also delivered robust growth, with domestic tractor sales rising 21% to 32,643 units from 26,990 units, and total tractor sales, including exports, increasing 20% to 34,420 units from 28,708 units. The company attributed the strong tractor performance to improved rainfall, higher reservoir levels, faster Kharif sowing supported by government initiatives, and healthy farm cash flows that boosted rural demand. Meanwhile, the Trucks and Buses business recorded a 19% increase in sales to 3,009 units, driven by a 15% growth in cargo vehicle sales to 1,474 units and a 23% rise in passenger vehicle sales to 1,535 units.
