Announced Q4FY25 Standalone Results, Dividend, and Bonus

MOTHERSON
has reported a solid Q4 FY25 standalone net profit of ₹645 crore, up 64% QoQ from ₹394 crore in Q3, and a substantial 507% jump YoY from ₹106 crore in Q4 FY24. Revenue climbed to ₹2,721 crore in Q4, rising 15% QoQ and 23% YoY, while operating profit rose to ₹346 crore, reflecting improved cost control and an OPM recovery to 13% from a weak 8% in Q3. On a full-year standalone basis, FY25 revenue reached ₹10,187 crore, up 13% from ₹9,046 crore in FY24 and 28% from ₹7,972 crore in FY23. Net profit grew to ₹1,577 crore in FY25, rising 67% from ₹944 crore in FY24 and doubling from ₹786 crore in FY23. EBITDA for FY25 stood at ₹1,207 crore with a steady margin of 12%, showcasing consistent operational resilience. To reward shareholders, the board declared a 1:2 bonus issue, meaning investors will receive 1 free share for every 2 shares held, subject to shareholder approval. The record date is June 23, 2025, and shares must be owned before the ex-date to qualify. Additionally, a final dividend of ₹0.35 per share has been recommended, payable by September 26 if approved at the AGM. Further strengthening its capital structure, the board also approved raising up to ₹8,500 crore via non-convertible debentures through private placement.
