PTC Industries Advances Up the Defence Value Chain with Strategic BrahMos Aerospace Order

PTC Industries has secured a significant order from BrahMos Aerospace for the development, integration and supply of a strategic missile sub-system, including the metallic airframe system and its integration for the BrahMos programme. This marks the company's first major order in systems and sub-systems integration, representing a strategic shift from manufacturing critical materials and precision components to delivering higher-value solutions in the defence and aerospace sector. The project involves a mission-critical structural assembly designed to withstand demanding supersonic structural, thermal and dynamic conditions, highlighting PTC Industries' growing expertise in precision manufacturing, specialized joining, fluid-system integrity, control assemblies, structural accuracy, inspection processes and high-reliability execution. The order strengthens the company's position in the defence manufacturing value chain while expanding its capabilities in advanced aerospace systems. The company's recent financial performance also reflects strong operational momentum, with revenue increasing 85% year-on-year and 45% sequentially in the March quarter. EBITDA rose 150% compared to the previous year and 190% sequentially, while the EBITDA margin improved to 32.18% from 23.77% a year earlier. Overall, the latest order reinforces PTC Industries' strategic focus on expanding into high-value defence manufacturing and advanced systems integration.
