Solar Industries Secures ₹483 Crore Order from SECL to Supply Bulk Explosives Over Two Years

SOLARINDS
has bagged a ₹483 crore contract from South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a subsidiary of Coal India, for the supply of bulk explosives over the next two years. The order, awarded by a domestic entity, adds to the company’s strong order book and reflects its leadership in the industrial explosives segment. In Q1FY26, Solar Industries reported a consolidated net profit of ₹339 crore, up 18.24% year-on-year, while revenue from operations rose 28% to ₹2,154 crore, supported by robust demand across mining and infrastructure sectors. With an EPS of ₹37.43 for the June 2025 quarter, the company continues to demonstrate steady earnings momentum and operational resilience.
