The platform can help with various travel requirements, including recommending restaurants, attractions and experiences, while also assisting users with changes and other needs during their journey. The service combines human support with AI to provide faster and personalised assistance. Swiggy had launched the CREW app last year following a pilot and expanded the service to Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region of Delhi. Its initial services included restaurant reservations, travel itinerary curation, organising birthday parties, sourcing gifts, updating documents such as Aadhaar and booking cabs. The move marks another step in Swiggy's efforts to expand beyond its core businesses of food delivery and quick commerce.
