) reported a record Q1 FY27 revenue of ₹346.7 crore, up 42.2% YoY, including discontinued operations. The company’s retained portfolio was driven by its Defence and XiDA businesses, with revenue increasing 27% sequentially.
The more interesting development is happening alongside the reported growth. During May and June 2026, AXISCADES announced the divestment of its Engineering Services and Aerospace Services businesses to Akkodis Group. The transactions carry a minimum consideration of ₹1,685 crore and total consideration of approximately ₹2,256 crore.
This changes the way the company needs to be looked at. After the divestments, the retained business has a greater focus on Defence, Space, electronics and AI, potentially making the portfolio more concentrated around these segments.
