LTIMindtree has entered into a multi-year agreement valued at more than Rs. 8,78,700 crore (US$ 100 million) with a prominent chemicals and polymers manufacturer based in the United States to provide comprehensive information technology (IT) services. The contract encompasses oversight of essential business applications, infrastructure operations, user support, software asset management, and project implementation. The collaboration seeks to improve operational efficiency via artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and process optimization, strengthening LTIMindtree’s role as a reliable digital transformation partner in the energy and chemicals industries, as stated by Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Mr. Venu Lambu. The agreement additionally emphasizes expense reduction, vendor unification, and ongoing innovation to enhance the client's digital capabilities. Mr. Ramesh Kannan, Chief Business Officer (Energy and Utilities) at LTIMindtree, stated that the collaboration reflects a mutual goal to create a "future-ready IT ecosystem" rooted in efficiency and innovation. In early October 2025, LTIMindtree announced Q2 FY26 results that exceeded expectations, showing a 12% increase in net profit and a 10.20% rise in consolidated revenue, driven by robust growth in its banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector. Revenue from the US, accounting for approximately 75% of the company's operations, increased by 3.60% in the quarter.
