On June 27, 2025, Indian President Ms. Droupadi Murmu will serve as the head of "Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Day."

The President of India, Ms. Droupadi Murmu, is set to lead the ‘Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Day 2025 – Udyami Bharat’ event on June 27, 2025, at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. This event, organized by the Ministry of MSME, will see the attendance of the Minister for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Mr. Jitan Ram Manjhi, the Minister of State in the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, Ms. Shobha Karandlaje, and the Chairman of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, Mr. Manoj Kumar, along with other senior officials and stakeholders. The Day highlights the essential role that the MSME sector plays in propelling India’s economic growth and acts as a platform for introducing new initiatives aimed at enhancing the sector's resilience, competitiveness, and readiness for the future. A commemorative postage stamp will be issued to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE), which has approved more than 1.18 crore credit guarantees totaling Rs. 9,80,000 crore (US$ 114.42 billion) to date, including an unprecedented Rs. 3,00,000 crore (US$ 35.03 billion) in FY25. The occasion will also feature the introduction of the Ministry’s new Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal designed to effectively resolve delayed payment disputes. Furthermore, she will launch MSME Hackathon 5.0, reveal the outcomes of Hackathon 4.0 under the MSME Champions Scheme, and publish the ‘MSME Patrika’ journal along with a ‘Know Your Lender’ guide to improve financial literacy and credit accessibility for MSMEs.
