Market Update

The Indian stock market traded with strong gains on Monday, following upbeat global market cues, amid signs of easing US-Iran tensions in the Middle East. Signals from the early trends in local assembly election results of four states and one Union Territory also supported sentiment. The Sensex jumped over 900 points, and the Nifty 50 traded more than a percent higher as bulls took charge.
