CAMS: Demand-Side Order Block Signals Potential Support Zone

CAMS
Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) is currently showing an interesting technical setup as price approaches a potential demand-side order block. The chart indicates that after making a high near the ₹830–₹840 zone, the stock witnessed a sustained decline and gradually moved toward the ₹740–₹750 region. This area is now important because the recent price action shows signs of buying interest emerging from lower levels. An order block represents an area where significant buying or selling activity may have previously taken place. In the present CAMS structure, the lower price zone can be observed as a potential demand area, where buyers may attempt to defend the stock if price revisits the zone. Price Action & Structure CAMS experienced a strong rally earlier, followed by consolidation and a subsequent decline. The fall from the ₹810–₹830 region brought the stock toward ₹750. Importantly, the latest candles show some recovery from the lower levels, indicating that selling pressure may be losing momentum. The recent rebound becomes more significant because it is accompanied by a visible increase in volume. This suggests that market participation has increased around the lower price levels. Volume Confirmation The volume chart provides an important confirmation. During the recent decline, volumes remained relatively controlled, but the latest recovery candle is accompanied by a noticeable rise in volume. This can indicate fresh buying interest or absorption of selling pressure near the lower zone. However, volume should be monitored over the next few sessions. Sustained buying volume during an upward move would provide stronger confirmation of demand.
