Supply-Side Order Block Signals Potential Selling Pressure

BHARATFORG
Forge is currently showing an important supply-side Order Block, making the upper price zone a key area to monitor for future price action. The chart indicates that the stock had previously moved higher and established a strong resistance area near its recent highs. This zone can become significant if price revisits it and sellers once again become active. An Order Block represents an area where substantial buying or selling activity may have taken place before a meaningful price movement. In the case of Bharat Forge, the supply-side Order Block is positioned around the recent swing-high region, where the stock faced selling pressure after reaching higher levels. The price structure also shows that after making a strong upward move, the stock experienced a sharp rejection from the upper zone and subsequently moved lower. This reaction makes the area important as a potential supply zone. If price approaches this region again and fails to sustain above it, traders can watch for bearish confirmation through rejection candles, lower highs, or a break of short-term support. The volume chart adds another important dimension. A noticeable increase in volume is visible around the sharp price movement near the upper levels, indicating increased market participation during the reversal. However, the subsequent decline has also occurred with relatively elevated volume compared with several earlier sessions. This suggests that the rejection was accompanied by meaningful participation rather than being a purely low-volume fluctuation. For the bearish setup to gain strength, price should show clear rejection from the supply-side Order Block along with continued selling pressure. Conversely, if the stock decisively breaks above the supply zone with strong volume and sustains those higher levels, the bearish interpretation would weaken and the breakout could signal renewed bullish momentum.
