Data Patterns has been in a strong bullish trend
Data Patterns has been in a strong bullish trend, with the stock rising around 75% in CY2026 and recently trading near ₹4,585 after touching an all-time high of around ₹5,000. Technically, the stock is still above its 50-day EMA around ₹4,475 and 100-day EMA around ₹4,225, keeping the broader trend positive. The immediate support zone is around ₹4,475–₹4,530, while ₹4,400–₹4,475 becomes an important deeper support area. On the upside, ₹4,650–₹4,700 is the immediate resistance zone, followed by the previous high near ₹5,000. The recent ₹586 crore BEL radar-electronics order was a major positive trigger and helped the stock reach ₹5,000. However, the stock is trading at a premium valuation, with a P/E of roughly 94x, so strong earnings growth and order execution will be important to justify the valuation. Above ₹4,700, sustained buying could bring ₹5,000 back into focus, while a decisive breakdown below ₹4,475 could lead to deeper profit booking toward ₹4,225. Overall, the structure remains bullish, but after such a sharp rally, volatility and profit booking should be expected.
