Promoter Stake Rises to 46.98%: Promoter group entity Asia Investments Private Limited acquired 1.44 crore equity shares through a preferential allotment completed on September 11, 2026. Following the allotment, the promoter group's stake in Gabriel India increased from 42.67% to 46.98%. Strategic Acquisition of HL Mando ANAND India The preferential allotment forms part of Gabriel India's acquisition of a 28.99% stake in HL Mando ANAND India Private Limited from Asia Investments. The total consideration for the acquisition is up to ₹2,231 crore, comprising cash consideration and the preferential issue of Gabriel India shares. Q1 FY27 Performance: Gabriel India reported consolidated Q1 FY27 revenue of ₹1,425.68 crore, up 29.8% YoY, while net profit increased 73.2% YoY to ₹107.35 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹128.79 crore, up 17.9% YoY. The company operates in the automotive components segment, with products including shock absorbers, struts and front forks.
