Investor Perspective
MCX's Q2 performance reflects strong operating leverage, with revenue growing 114% and PAT increasing 130%. The expansion in EBITDA margin to 76.4% is another positive indicator. However, investors should monitor the sustainability of elevated trading volumes, options activity, regulatory developments, technology expenses and the impact of changing commodity-market conditions.
The key question is whether MCX can sustain this higher level of trading activity and profitability over the coming quarters.
