“Why Market Rejection Can Reveal Changing Pressure”
When price reaches an important area and is quickly pushed away, the reaction can provide useful information about the balance between buyers and sellers. A rejection does not automatically mean that a complete reversal will follow, but it can indicate that the market is encountering opposing pressure.
Traders can study the size and location of the rejection, the candle close, subsequent price action and the broader market structure. A single rejection may simply produce a temporary pause, while repeated rejection from the same area can suggest that price is struggling to move beyond that zone.
The behavior after the rejection is particularly important. If price continues to move away from the level and breaks an important structural point, the reaction becomes more meaningful. If price quickly returns to the area, the rejection may have been temporary.
Learning:
A rejection is information, not a guaranteed signal. Its importance comes from the context and the price action that follows.
