Appoints Ms. Meera Mohanty as Government Nominee Director

s Limited (BEL) announced the appointment of Ms. Meera Mohanty (DIN: 03379561) as a Part-time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) on its Board. Ms. Mohanty, who serves as the Joint Secretary (P&C) in the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, was appointed by the Ministry of Defence via a letter dated 14 July 2025. The Board of Directors of BEL approved her appointment as an Additional Director, effective from 16 July 2025.
