Dividend 2025 Announcement Today: ITC will announce dividend for its shareholders today (May 22) in Q4 results 2025. ITC had earlier said that a board meeting will be held on May 22 to transact businesses including Q4 results and dividend. ITC dividend 2025 record date and payment date may be announced by the ITC along with dividend amount. This will be second dividend announcement by ITC after ITC Hotels demerger which came into effect in January 2025.
