Dividend Payment Date 2025: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services firm, announced on Friday that its shareholders have approved a final dividend proposal for the financial year 2024-25. The vote took place during the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM ) held on Thursday, June 19, 2025. As per the regulatory filing with the stock exchanges, the resolution to distribute the final dividend was passed with 99.9999 per cent of votes cast in favor. TCS Final Dividend 2025 The final dividend of Rs 30 per equity share (face value Re 1) was originally declared by the TCS Board of Directors on April 10, 2025, during the announcement of its Q4 and full-year results for FY25. The approval at the AGM now clears the path for the dividend payment.
