announces special window for physical share transfer re-lodgement

UltraTech Cement Limited has informed about a special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares, as per a SEBI circular dated 2nd July, 2025. SEBI had previously discontinued physical share transfers from 1st April, 2019. Transfer deeds lodged before that date and rejected could be re-lodged before 31st March, 2021. The new special window is available from 7th July, 2025 to 6th January, 2026.
