Amber Enterprises Gains as Analyst Upgrades Stock, Raises Target Price to ₹8,350

AMBER
Shares of Amber Enterprises India gained more than 2% in early trade on Monday after Analyst upgraded the stock to Overweight and raised its target price, citing potential for the company to catch up with peers following a strong first-quarter margin performance and an upward revision to its guidance. The stock has gained nearly 14% so far in 2026, outperforming the Nifty 50, which has declined 6.9% during the same period. The company currently has a market capitalisation of approximately ₹26,000 crore. Analyst raised its target price to ₹8,350 per share, implying an upside of around 16% from Friday’s closing price. They highlighted that Amber’s stock had declined nearly 19% over the previous three months despite a favourable earnings outlook. It sees room for the stock to catch up with peers after the company reported a better-than-expected margin performance in the June quarter and upgraded its growth guidance. Amber has raised its growth guidance for the consumer durables business to 13–15%, while its consolidated EBITDA margin guidance has been increased to around 8%. Meanwhile, CLSA retained its Outperform rating on Amber Enterprises with a target price of ₹8,100 per share. The brokerage noted that adjusted EBITDA increased 28% year-on-year in the first quarter, with stronger-than-expected margins supporting an otherwise broadly in-line performance. Amber is also expanding its presence in the electronics segment through a manufacturing partnership with Oppo Mobiles India, covering the Oppo, OnePlus and Realme smartphone brands. Trial production is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of FY27. The partnership is expected to further diversify Amber Enterprises beyond its existing consumer durables and electronics businesses.
