Pranav Constructions shares made a strong debut on the stock exchanges on Tuesday, following an overwhelming response to its initial public offering, which was subscribed 121 times during the bidding period from September 7 to 9.
Shares of the real estate developer were listed at ₹165 apiece on the NSE, representing a premium of 33.06% over the IPO price. The ₹351-crore public issue was offered in a price band of ₹118–124 per share. On the BSE, the stock debuted at ₹162 per share, marking a 30.65% premium over the upper end of the issue price band. Following the listing, Pranav Constructions’ market capitalisation stood at approximately ₹1,493.38 crore.
The IPO was fully subscribed on the very first day of bidding, highlighting strong investor interest in the company. Pranav Constructions is a Mumbai-based real estate developer focused primarily on redevelopment projects under the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, with a presence particularly concentrated in the city’s western suburbs.#StockInNews
