United Spirits Ltd gained more than 2 percent in Friday morning trade, with the stock rising 2.16 percent to Rs 1,448.60. The stock opened at Rs 1,438.45 and touched an intraday high of Rs 1,452.90, reflecting positive investor sentiment during the session. United Spirits is a constituent of the Nifty Next 50 index. The liquor maker has delivered steady financial growth over the past five years. Consolidated revenue increased from Rs 9,712.4 crore in FY22 to Rs 12,467 crore in FY26, marking a growth of 28.4 percent during the period. Profitability has also improved significantly. Net profit more than doubled from Rs 810.6 crore in FY22 to Rs 1,716 crore in FY26, while earnings per share (EPS) rose from Rs 11.68 to Rs 25.89, reflecting stronger earnings generation. United Spirits has also maintained a consistent track record of rewarding shareholders through dividends. For FY26, the company declared a final dividend of Rs 11 per share and an interim dividend of Rs 6 per share, with record dates of July 8, 2026, and January 27, 2026, respectively. In the previous financial year (FY25), the company had announced a final dividend of Rs 8 per share along with an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share, underscoring its continued focus on shareholder returns.
