Estimated size of order as per BID is Rs 43.99 crore. Trident has decided & approved to disinvest the entire shareholdings held in Trident Home Textiles (THTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, to Lotus Hometextiles. An agreement for sale of equity shares has been executed on June 17, 2025 and the consideration has been received accordingly. The shares shall be transferred according to the said agreement in due course. Consequently, THTL ceased as the subsidiary of Trident with effect from June 17, 2025.
