has made an additional investment of $4,75,000 (equivalent to Rs 4.32 crore) in Thyrocare Laboratories (Tanzania) (Thyrocare Tanzania), subsidiary of the Company by subscribing to Compulsorily Convertible Irredeemable Preference Shares (CCPS). The capital infusion in Thyrocare Tanzania has been made to facilitate its business operations and working capital requirements. Thyrocare Tanzania's business is similar to the company’s main line of business viz. diagnostic and healthcare services.
LUPIN
has received approval from the U.S. FDA for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Brivaracetam Oral Solution 10 mg/mL. Brivaracetam is the bioequivalent to Briviact Oral Solution, 10 mg/mL, of UCB, Inc. and is indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older. Following the approval, the company initiated the launch of Brivaracetam Oral Solution in the United States. Brivaracetam Oral Solution (RLD Briviact) had an estimated annual sale of $135 million in the U.S. (IQVIA MAT December 2025). Waaree Energies’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Waaree Forever Energies has received Letter of Award (LoA) on February 24, 2026 from Solar Energy Corporation of India for development of 300MW Wind Power Project in Dwarka, Gujarat. The Power Purchase Agreement is valid for 25 years from scheduled Commencement of Supply Date. Canara Bank is planning to tap the Tier 2 bond market with the launch of a Rs 5,000 crore issue to strengthen its capital base and support future growth plans. The issue is scheduled for February 26 on the Electronic Bidding Platform of the National Stock Exchange. The proposed raise comprises a base issue of Rs 2,000 crore with a green shoe option of up to Rs 3,000 crore, enabling the bank to respond flexibly to robust investor appetite.
