Black Box Limited: Digital Infra Stock Turns Bullish

Black Box Limited (NSE: BBOX) is a global IT and digital infrastructure company. It provides data centre infrastructure, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, connectivity solutions and modern workplace technology to businesses worldwide. Growing demand for cloud computing, AI and data centres could create opportunities for its business. [Source: Company website] Technical View The daily chart shows renewed bullish momentum, with the stock closing at ₹907.25, up 3.07%. Price is trading above the 10 EMA (₹884.58), 20 EMA (₹853.91), 50 EMA (₹822.25) and 100 SMA (₹858.45), indicating a positive short-term structure. It is also comfortably above the 200 SMA at ₹716.13. RSI is near 61, suggesting positive momentum without entering the traditional overbought zone. MACD is above its signal line, supporting the bullish setup. ADX at 40.49 indicates a strong trend, although it does not independently confirm direction. Key Levels Resistance: ₹920, followed by ₹950 and ₹1,000. Support: ₹884, followed by ₹858-854 and ₹822. My View The ₹920 zone is the immediate hurdle. A sustained breakout above this level could open the door for further upside towards ₹950 and potentially ₹1,000. However, rejection near resistance may lead to consolidation or profit booking. A fall below ₹884 would weaken near-term momentum, while a break below ₹854 could increase downside pressure. Existing holders may monitor breakout confirmation and support levels to assess trend continuation and risk management. Business growth prospects and quarterly results should also be evaluated alongside technical signals. This article is for educational purposes only and is not investment advice.
