CHART OBSERVATION - $MINDACORP

The most important observation on the price chart of Minda Corp is that the stock has been respecting support and resistance not at a single price point, but within broader demand and supply zones. This indicates that market participants are actively accumulating and booking profits within ranges rather than exact levels, which is generally seen in stocks with strong institutional activity and sustained long-term trends. The broader structure of the stock remains positive as prices continue to trade well above the 200 Day Moving Average, reflecting that the primary trend is still bullish. Over the last several months, the stock has been consolidating in a wide range between 470-640 levels, creating a healthy base after a strong rally from lower zones. Such consolidation phases often help the stock absorb supply before the next directional move. The recent sharp rebound from the lower Bollinger Band near the 500 zone and the strong recovery towards 620 levels suggest renewed buying momentum. Importantly, the stock has managed to move above its short-term moving average cluster, which may support further upside continuation in the near term. On the momentum front, RSI has witnessed a sharp recovery and is now moving towards the higher zone, indicating strengthening momentum and improving price strength. The indicator also suggests that buyers are regaining control after the recent corrective phase. For the near term, the zone of 620-640 will act as an important resistance band. A sustained breakout above this range can trigger fresh momentum towards higher levels. On the downside, 500-470 remains a strong support zone, while the long-term trend is likely to remain positive as long as the stock sustains above these levels. Overall, the chart structure of Minda Corp continues to indicate consolidation within a broader uptrend, and traders may continue to adopt a “buy on dips” strategy within the mentioned support zones.
