Reason for Fall: A one-time exceptional expense of ₹55.2 Crore related to the implementation of new labor codes impacted the bottom line. Revenue: ₹2,265 Crore, up 17.5% YoY. Operational Strength (The Real Story): EBITDA Margin: Expanded to 22.3% (up from 19.4% last year), indicating better efficiency despite the net profit dip. Hospital Business: Revenue grew 19.4%, driven by a better case mix. ARPOB (Average Revenue Per Occupied Bed): Improved to ₹2.56 Crore per annum (vs ₹2.45 Crore last year).
