HCLTech: The Power of a Strong Demand Zone

HCLTECH
has been consistently respecting the ₹1300 zone, making it one of the most important demand areas on the chart. What makes this level interesting is not just recent price action, but its historical role reversal. In 2022, the same zone acted as a strong resistance. A breakout in September 2023 converted it into support, leading to a rally toward ₹1680 by early 2024. Since then, multiple corrections—driven by global cues like tariff concerns, AI-related volatility, and geopolitical tensions—have repeatedly brought the stock back to this zone. Each time, buyers have stepped in near ₹1300: April 2025: Bounce from ~₹1300 to ₹1750 October 2025: Recovery from ₹1380 February 2026: Rally toward ₹1780 Current phase: Again holding above ₹1300, trading near ₹1400 This repeated behavior highlights a classic demand zone confirmation, where institutional buying interest appears strong. From a technical perspective: The zone has flipped from resistance to support (polarity principle) Multiple successful retests increase its reliability Price currently trades below key moving averages, indicating short-term weakness but long-term structure remains intact above ₹1300 As long as this zone holds, the stock may continue to exhibit range-bound or recovery behavior. However, a decisive breakdown below ₹1300 could change the structure significantly. Disclaimer: This is for educational purposes only and not a buy/sell recommendation.
