INFY
- Chart Analysis

The chart of Infosys reflects a gradual transition from strength to weakness, and this shift becomes clearer when we follow the price movement step by step. In the earlier phase, the stock was moving upward steadily, indicating a healthy trend supported by consistent buying. However, after reaching higher levels, the price stopped making fresh highs and started moving sideways. This kind of sideways movement near the top is often a sign that the market is losing momentum, as buyers and sellers begin to balance each other out. As time progressed, this balance tilted in favor of sellers. The price began to slip and eventually broke below its range, signaling a change in structure. From that point onward, the chart started forming lower highs and lower lows, which is a classic indication that the trend has turned downward. This shift is important because it shows that rallies are being sold into, rather than extended. At present, the price is trading around the 1180–1200 zone, which appears to be an important level based on past reactions. Historically, this area has acted as support, so it is natural for the price to slow down or react here. Such zones often create temporary pauses or short-term bounces as buyers attempt to defend the level. Despite this, the overall tone of the chart remains weak. The price is positioned below the supertrend and short-term averages, which reflects continued downward momentum. Additionally, there are no strong signs of reversal yet, such as sharp bullish candles or a clear shift back into a higher high–higher low structure. In essence, the stock is currently at a critical point where it is testing an important support level within a broader downtrend. While a bounce from this area is possible, a meaningful reversal would require the price to regain strength and move back above key levels with conviction. Until such signs appear, the chart continues to suggest that the downside pressure has not fully eased.
