LAURUS LABS: Consolidation within a Larger Uptrend

Laurus Labs continues to maintain a broader uptrend on the daily chart, supported by a sequence of higher highs and higher lows. After a strong rally from the ₹600–₹650 zone to above ₹1100, the stock has entered a consolidation phase, which is a typical behavior after a sustained up move. Currently, the price is hovering around the ₹1000–₹1030 zone, which is acting as an important short-term support area. The cluster of short-term moving averages around this level suggests that buyers may step in on dips. If the stock sustains above ₹1000, it may attempt another upward move toward ₹1080–₹1120, which appears to be the immediate resistance zone. The Bollinger Bands indicate that volatility had expanded during the previous rally and is now contracting slightly, reflecting the current consolidation. A decisive move above the upper band near ₹1080 could trigger fresh momentum and resume the broader uptrend. On the downside, ₹980–₹960 is a crucial support zone. A breakdown below this level may lead to a deeper correction toward ₹920–₹900, where the next strong support could emerge. The RSI indicator is currently hovering near the neutral zone around 50–55, indicating balanced momentum. This suggests that the stock is neither overbought nor oversold and may be preparing for the next directional move. Overall, Laurus Labs appears to be consolidating within a long-term bullish structure. As long as the stock holds above ₹980–₹1000, the broader trend may remain positive, with the possibility of gradual upside in the coming sessions.
