Meesho Nears Breakout: Can Festive Demand Fuel Rally?
Meesho Limited is approaching a crucial resistance zone as festive-season shopping gains momentum. The stock closed at ₹240.67, up 4.23%, and is moving towards the ₹245–246 breakout zone.
Business Trigger: Festive Demand
Meesho’s Mega Blockbuster Sale 2026 recorded a 75% year-on-year jump in Day 1 orders, while transacting customers increased 60%. Meesho Mall orders surged over 200%, highlighting strong shopping activity across categories such as fashion, beauty and home products. If this momentum sustains, higher order volumes could support business growth, although profitability and operating costs remain important factors to monitor.
Technical View
The daily chart shows a sustained uptrend, with the stock trading above its 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200-day moving averages. RSI near 63 indicates positive momentum without entering the traditional overbought zone. MACD remains positive, while ADX around 31.5 suggests a strengthening trend.
The immediate resistance lies at ₹245–246. A decisive close above this zone with strong volume could open the door for further upside. On the downside, ₹231–232 is the immediate support zone, followed by ₹226 and ₹214.
My View
Meesho presents an interesting combination of improving technical momentum and encouraging festive-sale trends. However, the breakout is not confirmed yet. A sustained move above ₹246 could strengthen the bullish setup, while rejection near resistance may lead to consolidation. Investors may monitor festive demand sustainability, margins and upcoming financial performance alongside price action.
