Morning Market Update – 3rd November 2025
Global Cues:
Wall Street ended higher on Friday, supported by strong tech earnings. Amazon jumped 9% after an earnings beat, helping the S&P 500 gain 0.26% and Nasdaq rise 0.61%. However, overall sentiment stayed cautious as the US Fed signaled patience on rate cuts.
The US 10-year yield eased slightly to 4.07%, while the Dollar Index stayed firm near 99.8, a two-month high. Brent crude continued to hover around $65, easing inflation worries globally.
Asian & Domestic Setup:
Early cues from GIFT Nifty indicate a slightly soft start, trading about 25 points lower at 25,869, as investors brace for the Bank of England’s policy decision on Thursday (Nov 6) and key earnings through the week.
