Morning Market View:

Nifty has shown strong momentum after taking support from the key short-term 20-DMA, forming a powerful reversal candle on the daily chart. Following the hammer formation, the index confirmed the reversal in the previous session and closed decisively near the weekly highs. The overall trend has now turned bullish, with immediate support placed in the 25,900–26,000 zone, while 26,220–26,250 continues to act as a strong supply area. The near-term outlook remains positive as long as the index sustains above the 20-DMA and holds the mentioned support levels. Continued buying interest in index heavyweights such as

RELIANCE
, L&T, and SBI is expected to keep the index well supported in the short term. Bank Nifty once again emerged as the standout performer in today’s trade, driven largely by aggressive short covering in heavyweight stocks such as
SBIN
,
KOTAKBANK
, and
AXISBANK
. The index showed early signs of strength during Tuesday’s session and carried forward the momentum to close above the 59,500 mark, a level where significant call writing is observed in the new series—indicating improving sentiment and strength at higher levels.
