PAYTM - CHART ANALYSIS

The chart of

PAYTM
is showing signs of strength after forming an inverted head and shoulders pattern, which is generally considered a recovery structure. The price has moved above the 200-day moving average, and this is important because it often suggests that long-term weakness may be reducing and buyers are slowly regaining control. The recent candles also show improving momentum after a sharp correction phase earlier in the year. RSI is moving in a positive zone and has crossed above its average line, indicating improving momentum. Even though RSI is not yet in the overheated area, it is showing that selling pressure has reduced and participation from buyers is improving gradually. The moving averages on the chart are also beginning to align positively, with short-term averages attempting to move above medium-term averages, which supports the recovery view. The Bollinger Bands are expanding slightly after a contraction phase, suggesting that volatility may increase in the coming sessions. Price action near the middle and upper band indicates improving confidence, but some resistance zones are still active overhead. Immediate support levels are visible around 1110 and 1096. These areas may act as cushions if the stock faces short-term profit booking. A stronger long-term support zone is near the 200-day average area. On the upside, resistance is placed near 1206, followed by 1253 and then 1358. These levels may attract selling pressure because previous price reactions have happened there. Overall, the chart structure currently reflects a gradual recovery attempt with improving momentum, but the stock is still trading within a broader range where resistance levels remain important. Traders and learners should watch how price behaves near these resistance zones and whether volume continues to support the upward move.
