RBL Bank – Technical Outlook

$RBLBANK is displaying a strong bullish structure on the daily chart, with the stock trading around ₹344 and maintaining its position above all key moving averages. The price has consistently respected the 50-day moving average cluster and remains well above the 200-day moving average, indicating that the long-term trend continues to be positive. A notable observation is the formation of a higher high–higher low pattern, which confirms the continuation of the primary uptrend. After a period of consolidation between ₹300–330, the stock has witnessed a breakout and is now trading near its recent swing highs. The Bollinger Bands are expanding, suggesting an increase in momentum and the possibility of a directional move. The 200-DMA, currently near the ₹300 zone, acts as a strong long-term support, while the 50-DMA cluster around ₹333-338 provides immediate support. The stock has repeatedly taken support from this moving average zone and resumed its upward journey, reflecting sustained buying interest on declines. From a momentum perspective, RSI is trading above the neutral 50 mark and remains above its signal line, indicating positive momentum. Although RSI is not yet in an overbought zone, it continues to support the bullish bias. Technically, the ₹338-335 zone now becomes the first support area, followed by a stronger support band near ₹325-320. On the upside, a decisive move above ₹350-355 could open the doors for a rally towards ₹365 and ₹380 in the medium term. Trading View Buy on Dips: ₹338-342 zone Target 1: ₹365 Target 2: ₹380 Stop Loss: ₹320 (Closing Basis) Conclusion The overall trend remains bullish as RBL Bank continues to trade above its key moving averages with positive price action, supportive RSI readings, and an intact higher high–higher low structure. Traders may consider accumulating on dips while the stock remains above the ₹320 support zone.
