RBLBANK

RBL Bank’s chart is currently telling a very structured story — the trend is still positive, but the stock has clearly shifted into a consolidation phase. After a strong upmove where price consistently formed higher highs and higher lows, the momentum has paused, and now the market is moving sideways rather than reversing. If you look at the price action closely, a clear rectangle pattern is visible. The stock has been facing resistance again and again near the ₹325–335 zone, while buyers are stepping in around ₹288–300. This repeated behavior on both sides shows that the market is respecting zones, not exact prices. Horizontal trendlines around these levels make the structure very clean — it’s a classic range where neither buyers nor sellers have full control yet. From a trend perspective, nothing is broken. The 50 EMA continues to act as a dynamic support during pullbacks, showing that short-to-medium term strength is still there. More importantly, the 200 SMA is trending upward and price is holding above it, which keeps the long-term trend firmly positive. As long as price remains above these key averages, the broader structure stays intact. What’s interesting here is how price behaves inside this range. Every dip toward the lower band of the rectangle is getting bought, and every rise toward the upper band is facing supply. This kind of movement usually indicates a time correction, where the market is absorbing previous gains before deciding the next direction. The key now lies in the breakout. A strong move above the ₹330–335 zone can lead to a fresh leg of upside, as the stock will be breaking out of consolidation with momentum. On the other hand, if price slips below ₹288, it would be the first sign that structure is weakening and a deeper correction may follow. For now, the chart is simple — the trend is not over, it’s just resting within a well-defined range. The next big move will come only after this rectangle breaks. Only for Educational Purpose.
