Solar Industries: Breakout Signals Fresh Upside?

Shares of Solar Industries India Limited have shown a strong bullish move on the daily chart, indicating a possible continuation of the broader uptrend after a period of consolidation. The stock is currently trading around ₹15,150, gaining over 3%, and has managed to break above the key resistance zone near ₹14,500–₹14,700, which earlier acted as a supply area. Technically, the price has moved above its short-term moving averages (8 EMA, 33 EMA and 50 EMA), reflecting improving momentum and renewed buying interest. Importantly, the stock is also trading comfortably above the 200-day moving average, suggesting the long-term trend remains firmly positive. The breakout is also supported by Bollinger Band expansion, where the price is moving toward the upper band. Such a move generally signals volatility expansion and often appears during strong trending phases rather than short-term exhaustion. From a structure perspective, the breakout above ₹14,700 has turned the immediate bias bullish. If the stock sustains above this level, it may see further upside toward ₹15,500–₹16,200 in the near term. On the higher side, the next major resistance remains near ₹17,000, which coincides with the previous swing high. On the downside, ₹14,700 will now act as the first support level, followed by a stronger demand zone around ₹14,300–₹14,400. Any dip toward these levels could attract buying interest as long as the broader structure remains intact.
