Signatories: The MoU was signed by Shri Ahmed Wasi Khan, GGM (P&S) from CONCOR, and Shri Kapil Kumar Jain, ED (Marketing - Retail LNG) from GAIL.
Objective: The primary goal is to develop LNG infrastructure at various CONCOR terminals across India, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of LNG for road transportation.
Initial Project: The first LNG station is set to be established at CONCOR’s Terminal in Khodiyar, Ahmedabad.
Sustainability Commitment: This initiative is part of CONCOR's broader commitment to sustainable logistics, which includes the establishment of an LNG station at MMLP Khatuwas and the procurement of a fleet of 130 LNG trailers, contributing to reduced carbon footprints.
