Infosys is expanding its partnership with Citizens, a major US financial institution, to leverage AI and cloud technologies for developing cloud-native platforms and exiting data centers. This collaboration aims to enhance Citizens' operational efficiency and modernize its technology. The company has signed a non-binding MoU with Siemens India to explore opportunities in semi-high-speed and suburban passenger trains, as well as metro and commuter rail markets. It has also signed an MoU with Dragflow S.R.L. from Italy to enhance local dredging solutions. The Ministry of Defence has signed a ₹2,906 crore contract with Bharat Electronics Limited for the procurement of Ashwini Low-Level Transportable Radars. This deal aims to enhance the operational capabilities of the Indian Air Force with these indigenous radar systems. The Ashwini radar is designed to track both high-speed and slow-moving aerial targets, including unmanned aerial vehicles and helicopters. The NTPC Renewable Energy Shajapur solar project, with a total capacity of 105 MW, is now fully operational. The final 50 MW unit was commissioned recently, completing the project and contributing to NTPC's growing renewable energy portfolio.
