Syrma SGS gains 7% amid strong sector momentum - Outlook
Syrma SGS Technology gained around 7% today and touched ₹1,658. The main trigger is the strong interest in India’s semiconductor and electronics manufacturing sector as SEMICON India 2026 began today. Syrma is part of the electronic manufacturing and semiconductor supply-chain theme, so the sector-wide buying has supported the stock.
The company also has strong recent numbers. FY26 revenue grew 27.3% while net profit increased 87.5%. In Q1 FY27, revenue was around ₹1,604 crore and net profit was around ₹100 crore, showing strong business growth.
CHART OUTLOOK:
Technically, the stock is in a strong uptrend. Today’s move has taken the price back towards its recent high zone of ₹1,676. The price is comfortably above the 10 EMA (₹1,554), 20 EMA (₹1,524) and 50 EMA (₹1,448), which keeps the broader trend positive. RSI is around 63, showing strength but not yet in an extreme zone. MACD is also positive.
For the next move, ₹1,658–₹1,676 is the important resistance area. A sustained breakout above ₹1,676 can keep the upward momentum active. On the downside, ₹1,550–₹1,520 is the important support zone. A break below ₹1,520 can bring some profit booking.
Overall, the sector theme, strong earnings and positive chart structure are supporting the stock, but after such a sharp rise, some consolidation or profit booking cannot be ruled out.
