AAVAS
Q4 FY26 earnings

AAVAS
Aavas Financiers reported strong Q4 FY26 earnings with net profit growth of around 18% YoY and healthy loan book expansion. Full-year FY26 AUM growth remained strong at nearly 15%, supported by continued demand in the affordable housing segment. The company recently announced a major leadership transition, with MD & CEO Sachinder Bhinder resigning and Manu Yeshpal Singh named as successor. Bhinder will continue in an advisory role during the transition period. Aavas approved a ₹9,000 crore NCD issuance limit to support future funding and business growth. Asset quality remained stable with low GNPA and NNPA levels, which continues to support investor confidence. The company reduced its Prime Lending Rate by 10 basis points from June 2026 to improve competitiveness and loan demand. Branch expansion continued aggressively, especially in tier-2, tier-3, and rural markets. Analysts remain positive on the company due to strong capitalization, granular retail loan book, and long-term housing finance opportunity. Key risks being monitored include rising competition in affordable housing finance and premium valuation concerns.
