$FORCEMOT highest-ever annual revenue
$FORCEMOT Force Motors – Latest News & Updates Force Motors achieved its highest-ever annual revenue and profitability in FY2025-26, supported by strong execution across its commercial vehicle and contract manufacturing businesses. The company reported 20% growth in domestic vehicle sales during FY26, driven by strong demand for the Traveller, Urbania and other commercial vehicle platforms. Force Motors launched the new Traveller N Range, featuring updated styling, improved cabin comfort, enhanced safety features and a modernized platform aimed at passenger transport, school buses and ambulance applications. A major milestone was achieved with the rollout of the 200,000th Mercedes-Benz engine from its Chakan manufacturing facility, highlighting the long-standing partnership with Mercedes-Benz. The company has announced plans to invest around ₹3,000 crore over the coming years to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen exports, and develop hybrid and electric vehicle platforms. Management has indicated that the Urbania van remains a key growth driver, with increasing acceptance in both fleet and premium passenger mobility segments. Development work on an electric version of the Urbania is underway, reflecting the company's focus on future mobility solutions. Force Motors is also preparing a new Trax variant targeted at government departments and fleet operators. Despite a strong full-year performance, the latest quarterly results saw pressure on margins and profits due to higher operating costs, even as revenue continued to grow. The company witnessed weaker sales in May 2026, leading to some short-term pressure on the stock price. However, management continues to maintain a positive outlook for the medium to long term. Recent management restructuring included changes in senior leadership as part of the company's organizational strengthening.
